১. আগ্রহী প্রার্থীগণকে সদ্য তোলা ০৩ (তিন) কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের সত্যায়িত রঙিন ছবি, মোবাইল নম্বরসহ পূর্ণাঙ্গ জীবনবৃত্তান্ত, সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতার সনদপত্র এবং জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের সত্যায়িত অনুলিপিসহ আবেদন পরিচালক (এইচআর-এম এ্যান্ড এ্যাডমিন) বরাবর করতে হবে এবং অফিস চলাকালীন সময়ের মধ্যে আবেদন পত্র টিএমএসএস, রাজনগর-০১ শাখা, কলেজ পয়েন্ট, নতুন থানা সংলগ্ন(২য় তলা), রাজনগর, মৌলভীবাজার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে হবে।
২. নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষার তারিখ, সময় ও স্থান পরবর্তীতে ঝগঝ/মোবাইল ফোনের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
৩. নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদেরকে যোগদানের সময় সংস্থা কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত পরিমাণ জামানত (লভ্যাংশসহ ফেরতযোগ্য) প্রদান করতে হবে।
৪. নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের সময় শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতার মূল সনদপত্র সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।
৫. ইতিপূর্বে যারা টিএমএসএস-এর চাকরি হতে অব্যাহতি দিয়েছেন আবেদন করার ক্ষেত্রে তাদেরকে টিএমএসএস এর কর্ম অভিজ্ঞতা অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করতে হবে। তবে টিএমএসএস কর্তৃক চাকরিচ্যুত কর্মীর আবেদন করার আবশ্যকতা নাই।
৬. নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।
