Above Position will be offered to the deserving candidate depending on experience and competencies.
The aspiring candidate must have post-graduate degree from any recognized university with minimum GPA 4.00 in SSC and FISC and CGPA 3.00 or above in Graduation and Post-graduation level. In the traditional system of academic result, the candidates should have minimum 4 (four) First Divisions/Classes.
Competencies: The aspiring candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and working knowledge of computer applications.
Age: Age not over 30 years.
Compensation Package: The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 1 year with present monthly consolidated salary for the 1st year and Tk.27,000/-. After successful completion of probationary period, he/she will be absorbed as “Trainee Assistant Officer” with a monthly salary of Tk.37,000/- with other benefits.
The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk.300/- to the effect that he/she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his/her probationary period with certain conditions.
