This year any school of BD will not take admission test. So DSHE authority organized online admission application process & lottery result.

  • Application Time Limit: 5th December (Friday) 2025.
  • Lottery Result Publish Date: 11th December (Thursday) 2025.

📘 Key Points of School Admission Circular 2026 (Govt & Non-Govt)

  1. Classes Covered

    • The admission circular applies for Classes 1 to 9 in government and non-government secondary schools.

  2. Application Method

    • All applications must be submitted online via the centralized portal gsa.teletalk.com.bd.

    • No paper (offline) admission forms will be distributed by schools.

  3. Application Period

    • Applications open on 21 November 2025 at 11:00 AM.

    • The deadline to apply is 5 December 2025 at 5:00 PM.

  4. Application Fee

    • For government schools, the fee is Tk 100 (via Teletalk prepaid).

    • For non-government schools, the fee is Tk 110.

  5. School Choices

    • Applicants can choose up to 5 schools in their application.

    • If a school has two shifts (for example, morning and day), choosing both counts as two separate choices.

  6. Selection Process

    • There will be no admission test for any class (1–9) this year.

    • Students will be selected via a centralized digital lottery system, to ensure fairness.

  7. Lottery Draw & Results

    • The lottery draw is scheduled for 14 December 2025.

    • The admission results (merit list + waiting list) will also be published on 14 December 2025.

  8. Age Requirements

    • For Class 1, the child must be at least 6 years old by January 1, 2026.

    • For higher classes, students generally must have passed the previous class to apply.

  9. Seat Capacity & Limits

    • For government schools, there is a guideline: max 55 students per class/section.

    • Schools must report their vacant seats to DSHE (Directorate of Secondary & Higher Education) during a designated period.

  10. Final Admission

    • After the merit list is published, there will be a final admission period (and waiting list admission) for students selected.

    • Required documents typically include: birth certificate, previous academic records, photos, and any quota-related documents.

  • Applicant must apply here by online process,
  • At first go to this website at http://gsa.teletalk.com.bd,
  • Then fill up Online Application Form within the deadline,
  • Photo should be clicked with 2 months,
  • Photo size should be maximum 100 KB & signature size should be maximum 60 Kb.
  • Photo & signature must be uploaded by scan
  • Candidate’s recent color photo size is 300*300 pixels,
  • Signature size is 300*80 pixels,

Govt School Admission SMS System

1st SMS: GSA<space>User ID & send 16222

Example: GSA M27313 and send to 16222.

Reply SMS: Applicant’s Name, TK 500/- will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is (8 digit numbers). To pay fee Type GSA<space>Yes<space>PIN & send to 16222

2nd SMS: GSA<space>YES<space>PIN & send it to 16222.

Example: GSA YES (8 digit numbers)

Reply SMS: Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for GSA Application for xxxxxxxxx. User ID is (xxxxxxx) and Password (xxxxxxx).

Note: If password is lost, then candidates can get it by this way.

If User ID knows:-

SMS: GSA<space>Help<space>User<space>User ID and send to 16222.

Example: GSA HELP USER ABCDEF

If PIN Number knows:-  

SMS: GSA<space>Help<space>PIN<space>PIN NO and send to 16222.

Payment Process GSA Job Application

  • After fill up the application form, interested applicants have to pay as application charge,
  • BDT. 110 (One Hundred & Ten) has to pay each class apply,
  • This money is non-refundable.
  • After completing online application, within 72 hours applicants have to pay the money by Teletalk prepaid Mobile Number. Or else the application will be rejected.
