Then interested applicant has to send application form with other important documents within the deadline. During office time (08:30 am to 03:30 pm) application must be reached at office. After finishing this time, any application will not be received by authority. So applicant must send application by direct handover or by post or any other ways.

Photocopy of all academic certificates with attested,
Photocopy of all academic transcripts/ mark sheets with attested,
Nationality certificate/ National Id card photocopy with attested,
Experience certificate.
